SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sol.Spec. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door ("Aramex") as our official delivery partner.
By placing an order with Sol.Spec, you agree to this Shipping Policy and the applicable terms and conditions of Aramex Store-to-Door. Please review Aramex's Conditions of Carriage and Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
- PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed once full payment has been received and successfully cleared.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and handover to Aramex.
Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays, however we may send them out on weekends at our discretion.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- DELIVERY PARTNER
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door within South Africa.
Deliveries are made to the physical address provided during checkout.
A valid street address is required to ensure successful delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may track its progress using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 3-7 business days
• Remote locations: up to 10 business days
Please note:
• Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
• Weekends and public holidays are excluded from estimated delivery times.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver only within South Africa.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, postal bags, or non-physical addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- DELIVERY COSTS
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within South Africa.
Where expedited or special delivery services become available, any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Please note:
• Free delivery applies only to standard shipping services.
• Additional fees may apply if delivery details need to be amended after dispatch.
• Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery timeframes.
- TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched:
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
• You may track your shipment through the Aramex tracking platform.
• Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout to receive delivery updates.
- DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Sol.Spec will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.
If delivery details need to be changed after dispatch, additional courier charges may apply and will be payable by the customer.
Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel before accepting it where possible.
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at enquiries@sol-spec.co.za as soon as possible.
- THIRD-PARTY COURIER TERMS
All deliveries are carried out by Aramex Store-to-Door, an independent third-party courier service.
Your shipment is subject to Aramex's Conditions of Carriage, Terms and Conditions, operational procedures, and limitations of liability.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Sol.Spec acts as the sender of the shipment and relies on Aramex to perform delivery services.
• Aramex's liability may be limited in accordance with its published terms and conditions.
• Any claims relating to loss, damage, or delivery disputes may be subject to Aramex's investigation procedures and claims process.
• Delivery delays caused by the courier, weather events, strikes, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond Sol.Spec's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of this Shipping Policy.
- UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or courier service changes.
The most current version will always be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
